Size & Fit

Our convertible dresses are ONE SIZE, and they fit perfectly to any size in between the 34 and 44 (UK: 6-16), both included.

For the long dress, the skirt length is 124cm (48”)

For the short dress, the skirt length is 70cm (27”)

Our dresses don’t come with hem so they are more versatile. In the case you want to cut it, please make sure to use good tailoring scissors. If you find that difficult, we recommend you to go to a specialist to cut it.

We invite you to have a look at our tutorial as there are styles for which you don’t need to modify the length.

Material

It is made with an exclusive mix of polyester and spandex in an exquisite proportion. 

Product Care

We recommend washing by hand all our products, and hanging to dry. To iron the dress, hang and iron by steam ironing. The steam only really works! Alternatively, our products accept dry clean too.

Colours & Textures

Colours and textures may vary in each production. If you are going to buy several dresses in the same colour, we recommend you to buy ALL at the same time.

How to fit it

Rojo Carmesí is very easy. To buy and to dress. It doesn´t have any problem with the sizes and the colors. To be sure about the color, we recommend you to ask for swatches. Nervertheless, If you need to try on, you only have to order it and return it in the same conditions, in the next 14 working days. So easy!

We work with the Spanish National Post Office and several courier companies.

DELIVERY TIMES: Spain 3-5 working days. Canary, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 5-7 working days. International destinations 10-15 working days.

Rojo Carmesí will not cover any custom taxes.

If the order cannot be shipped due to the continued absence of the client, the order will be returned. In the case that the client wishes for the order to be shipped again, Rojo Carmesí will not be responsible for those charges.

Taxes

All orders, out of the European Union, won´t have the 21% of taxes of Spain. Rojo Carmesí will not cover any custom taxes.

Order

For our pre-orders, we will tell you the approximate date in the moment of the order. When the product is again available, we will tell you the approximate date of shiment in the moment of the order. Appoximately it takes around 6-8 weeks.

If your order has some pruduct aout of stock, we will wait until everything is available. If you need some of them inmediately, please, order it in separate orders.

If you are going to order several dresses in the same color, we recommend you to order them together.

Payment

There are three ways of payment.

Paypal: If you have Paypal account, you only have to enter to your profile and pay directly.

Credit Card: The fastest way.

Wire Transfer: In the moment of the order, you´ll have all the details of the Bank to make the Wire Transfer. In the “subject” of the wire transfer, wirte the Order ID. We will consider your Order as definitive, in the moment we recieve the wire transfer. The payment must be within 3 working days, after the order. If we don´t recieve the payment in those 3 days, we will cancel the order.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges must be notified within 14 calendar days of the e-mail confirming arrival and get their authorization from Rojo Carmesí. If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another product that it is temporarily out of stock, the customer will accept to wait a short period of time until that product is available again. The customer is responsible for all new shipment costs incurred. All shipments must be recorded. Rojo Carmesí is not responsible for lost packages while being returned to Rojo Carmesí. Rojo Carmesí will not cover any custom taxes during the exchange.

Returns must be notified within 14 calendar days of the e-mail confirming arrival and get their authorization from Rojo Carmesí. Returns will be made only when the product(s) is(are) in perfect condition. Then, the value of the product(s) will be refunded by the same method of purchase. The customer is responsible for all new shipment costs incurred. All shipments must be recorded. Rojo Carmesí is not responsible for lost packages while being returned to Rojo Carmesí.

Rojo Carmesí will not cover any custom taxes during the return.

All the exchanges and returns must arrive: • With no damage and with all tags attached • With no odor, stain or hair • In a new and unworn condition

Rojo Carmesí reserves the right not to exchange or return any item if the customer doesn´t send it back under the before mentioned conditions.

Outlet products, swimwear, sashes and tops are not refundable or exchangeable.
